I agreed to make the favors for my sister in law's baby shower. The theme was luau and she wanted baby turtle soaps. I searched for months for the molds but, unfortunately, I did not find any that were up to my standards! Bummer! I guess I'll just have to sculpt my own, then make the molds, pour the soaps, and package them up.
Now, I do realize that I could have thrown some candies into an organza bag and called it done but, no, actually, I could not do that. Someone else could have done that. The truth is that no one would have complained either. But this is me we are talking about. Good enough just isn't good enough. If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right. Come bag later to see the steps I went through to get to this point.
